Alaska Airlines Cup - Fields & Headquarters
2014 Alaska Airlines Cup Fields and Headquarters
The Tournament Headquarters will be located inside the Kincaid Chalet. Overall tournament issues and concerns should be brought here. If you are a U10 and older team that did not attend the Thursday credentials check-in at TBD you must clear your team’s credentials at least one (1) hour prior to your first game.
+ First Aid + will again this year be provided by OPA and there will be a + First Aid + tent located at each venue. OPA’s service is free of charge to all tournament participants. If you need pre-game taping or evaluation please give yourself plenty of time prior to your match. There may be others waiting in front of you or needing extra care after a possible serious injury. There will be Ice and plastic bags available at both + First Aid + locations. There should be a golf cart or equivalent to transport injured players from their field to the + First Aid + tent if required. OPA staff will be in radio contact with the complex headquarters, field marshals and Tournament Complex Directors.
Lost and Found, as it may be, will be located in the Headquarters at each soccer complex. Items of significant value left at either venue at the end of the tournament will be taken to the Rush Soccer Club offices inside the Fox Hollow Dome. Items not claimed after one (1) week shall be discarded or donated to a non-profit organization.
Game schedules and game results can be obtained several ways: on-line on our tournament website, they can be pushed to your smart phone, they can be found via our FREE “Tournament Smart-Phone APP”, they can be seen on Video screens in the concessions areas of both venues and paper posted results at each Headquarters. On-line scores should be available within twenty (20) minutes of the conclusion of each match. Paper postings will only be updated every hour or so.
Fields at Kincaid will be numbered (1) through (8) and will also be identified by their names assigned by Anchorage Parks and Recreation. There are field maps located around the complex and can also be found on-line and in your Tournament Program.
